1. Contest Organizer
This contest is organized by Ludeer Roma (hereafter referred to as the "Organizer"), located at Via Idrovore della Magliana 43 (Rome - Italy).
2. Contest Duration
The contest will begin on 07.02.2025 and willend on 14.02.2025 at 3PM CET. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
- Individuals aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.
- Participants with a profile on Instagram and TikTok, allowing verification of the required actions.
- Participants with a puprofile on Instagram and TikTok, allowing verification of the required actions.
4. How to Participate
To enter the contest, participants must complete the following steps:

- Tag 3 people in the comments of the contest post. The tagged individuals must be friends or family members of the participant.

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected randomly on
14.02.2025 at 3.00 PM CET.
The selection result will be final and binding.
The winner will be contacted via direct message on Instagram or TikTok.
If the winner does not respond within 72 hours, a new winner will be drawn.
7. Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who:
- Do not meet the eligibility or contest requirements.
- Provide false or misleading information.
- Post offensive or inappropriate content.
- Use fake accounts, bots, or other fraudulent means to gain an advantage.
8. Data Privacy
Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.

9. Limitation of Liability
The Organizer will not be held responsible for:
- Technical issues on social media platforms preventing participation.
- Delays or issues in prize delivery due to external circumstances.
- Lost, damaged, or late entries.
10. Responsibility for Prize Delivery
Once the prize package has been handed over to the courier, the Organizer is not responsible for any damage or delays that may occur during shipping. Any issues related to the delivery must be addressed directly with the courier service.
