- Where do we ship?
Ludèer ships worldwide, view the full list here. If you don’t see your country Here, please don’t hesitate to send an email to info@ludeer.eu, our team will strive to accommodate your purchase.
- How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed in Europe will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 8-12 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
- How do I return an item?
If your purchase has not met your expectations, you can make a return. You can see the conditions and the different options available for you to return your items. You can return your items for free.
- Refunds
When you return a purchase, you will receive a refund of your order in the same payment method you used for the purchase. Once the return has been made, we will send you an email with confirmation.
If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received the refund in your account, please use this confirmation to submit it to your bank so that they can help you speed up the process.

- Shipping fees are not refunded.
- In the event that the customer has taken advantage of free shipping in the initial order and the return amount lowers the initial value below the threshold of €100 (only for customers outside Italy) will be retained shipping costs of 2,90 euro.
