Returns
Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed. This does not include shipping time. Please note once an order has been placed, we cannot make any updates to the order.
All orders are insured by Ludèer.
Ludèer offers returns on all full price merchandise for all customers within 14 days of the delivery date.
All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition.
You can request a return directly from your account by accessing the section reserved for orders. If you encounter difficulties, send an email to info@ludeer.eu
We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition.
Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 7-10 business days of return receipt.
- Shipping fees are not refunded.
- If the customer placed an initial order qualifying for free shipping, and the return reduces the original order value below the threshold for free shipping (Standard or Express Shipping), the fee for the latter will be withheld from the refund.
-The package must be shipped within 10 days from the date the return label was sent. After 10 days, the label will no longer be valid, and it will not be possible to proceed with the return.
- if there is a reasonable suspicion that the items have been worn before being returned or in the case of an excessively high number of consecutive returns, Ludèer reserves the right to deny or partially issue the refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN
You must manage the return before the established deadline | you have 14 days from the shipping date of your order.For returns of discounted (sale) items, an amount of € 4,90 will be deducted from the refund. The customer is responsible for part of the return shipping cost.
We offer the option of returning your items using our service. The return is free of charge.
Once you have made thereturn request, a carrier will pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours.
DROP POINT RETURN
You can return your items by dropping off your package at a drop point.This return option is also free of charge.
Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with instructions for shipping and as many labels as boxes you are going to send.
Please follow the instructions and drop off the return to the drop point of your choice of the carrier that we have indicated.
Remember: you have to send the items you wish to return before the return period expires.
