Returns

 Ludèer offers returns on all full price merchandise for all customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in their original condition.

​Your account will be credited, less any shipping costs, within 7-10 business days of return receipt.

- Shipping fees are not refunded.

- If the customer placed an initial order qualifying for free shipping, and the return reduces the original order value below the threshold for free shipping (Standard or Express Shipping), the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.

- The package must be shipped within 10 days from the date the return label was sent. After 10 days, the label will no longer be valid, and it will not be possible to proceed with the return.

- If there is a reasonable suspicion that the items have been worn before being returned or in the case of an excessively high number of consecutive returns, Ludèer reserves the right to deny or partially issue the refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN

You must manage the return before the established deadline | you have 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
For returns of discounted items purchased on the website, a fee of €4.90 will be deducted from your refund. Discount codes are excluded.
​We offer the option of returning your items using our service. The return is free of charge for all the European Union countries.

DROP POINT RETURN

You can return your items by dropping off your package at a drop point.
This return option is also free of charge for all the European Union countries.
​Once you have requested the return, we will send you an email with instructions for shipping and as many labels as boxes you are going to send.
Please follow the instructions and drop off the return to the drop point of your choice of the carrier that we have indicated.

RETURNS FOR NON-EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

For all countries outside the European Union, you can request a return within 14 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed instructions on how to ship your package.

 

Remember: you have to send the items you wish to return before the return period expires.
