SHIPPING & RETURNS

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched. We ship Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

The standard rate ranges are:

- €2.90 for European Union Countries

Cancellations: Unfortunately we are unable to process any cancellations after 1 hour has passed from placing your order with us.

RETURNS

If you wish to return any item(s) from your order you must request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Please note: For returns of discounted (sale) items, an amount of € 4,90 will be deducted from the refund.

Items must be undamaged and in sellable condition and must be returned in their original condition in a sealed box, with all garment tags attached. Where provided, dust bags and tags should be included with your return. Returns that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused. We cannot be held responsible for any missing returns or items whilst in transit.

Unfortunately returns will not be accepted if the above requirements are not met.

Non-returnable items:

Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or damaged.
Items without the original tags and packaging.
Gift Cards

If you receive your item(s) damaged/faulty, please reach out to us within 2 days of delivery via our Live Chat.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - NON EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
