Refund Policy

Ludèer offers a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return and be refunded.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and advise accordingly. Please note that unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.If you want to make a return on a sale item  €4.90 will be deducted from the refund. Alternatively, you can ship yourself the package using a preferred courier to the following address: Via Giuseppe Mazzini 1/A Manziana (RM) 00066

All the other ordinary returns are free of charge.

Exchanges

We don’t offer exchange but you can return the item already purchase and make a new order. Ludèer reserves the right to apply any exception where eligible so please feel free to get in touch and our team will advise accordingly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and approved or not the return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund so seven working days are advised before getting in touch.
