When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.

RETURNS

Items purchased on Ludèer can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery, in new, unused, unaltered, and undamaged condition, with all original tags attached.

EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES RETURNS

The returns are free of charge.

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS - NON EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

Please note that returns are not free, so you will be responsible for the postal fee. We will not be held liable for the loss of any returned item(s) during the transit back to us so we advise sending your goods back via a tracked service and retaining proof of postage until you receive your refund notification.
