Returns

Ludèer offers returns on all full price merchandise for all customers within 14 days of the delivery date.

 

All returns must be unworn, unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not in their original condition.

Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to any applicable deductions.

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• If a partial return reduces your order value below the free shipping threshold (Standard or Express Shipping), the applicable shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, where permitted by law.
• Your parcel must be shipped within 10 days of receiving your return label. After this period, the label will expire.
• LUDÈER reserves the right to refuse or reduce a refund if the returned items show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect them, in accordance with applicable law.
• A €4.90 return fee applies to discounted items purchased on our website, including Black Friday promotions. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

For discounted items purchased on our website, a €4.90 return fee will be deducted from your refund. Purchases made using discount codes are excluded from this fee.

We offer a free return service for all EU countries, except for discounted items subject to the return fee mentioned above.

DROP-OFF POINT RETURNS

You can return your items at a designated drop-off point.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label for each parcel.

Please follow the instructions and drop off your parcel at an eligible drop-off point operated by the designated carrier.

 

 

RETURNS FROM NON-EU COUNTRIES

You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive an email with detailed shipping instructions.

 

Remember: you have to send the items you wish to return before the return period expires.
